Founded officially as A&N in April 2016, Nick is the 3rd generation from a jewellery family. With his father Ade running alongside him in business at present as well as grandfather Pete, the previous owner, when the business was P B Morris’s. This totals over 50 years of trading experience with the famous Jewellery Quarter.
Nick’s been known to the trade since he was 13 years old, starting out as an errand boy for his family’s businesses and has been subsequently trained by his family in his adulthood. He met Abi in 2009 and she has been training ever since; she specialises in knowledge on diamonds and has a keen eye for design. Together they now form the face of A&N, supported by a great network of specialist jewellers all located on site.
A&N stocks a wide range of silver jewellery in its store but can provide services in all precious metals and will use their experience wherever it is needed. Being located within the Jewellery Quarter means parts and metal needed are sourced locally from companies whose heritage started with the Jewellery Quarter.
The Jewellery Quarter is over 200 years old and over 40% of the jewellery manufactured in Britain can be traced back to the area in some way. And while much has changed about the area, the creative feel of it has never left.
